The spa was closed for repairs, and multiple areas around the pool were taped off. The hallways could use a little cleaning, but it was also quite windy. The breakfast was very good, but we had to wait in a looong line for one single guy to run the entire operation! Not conducive to large groups at all! The staff was all very nice.

As is typical, hotels put third party guests in loud inconvenient locations. I was placed by a outside access door. The bathroom and shower was very tight quarters and the shower tub was small. The shower head was low and I couldn't adjust the shower head. The room door had a large gap at the bottom thus letting in a lot of hallway guest noises. Ground maintenance was tacky at best. I won't be back.

The room was dirty. The doors didn’t latch properly, the bar to hang our coats fell to the ground. The pool had caution tape around it, and there were floating pieces in it, but it WAS open- the front desk explained. The elephants eye is closed. It looks nothing like the pictures posted on this website/app.
