Booked a room while driving towards Kearney. Arrived and desk employee said I booked the wrong night, and that he had seen this happen multiple times with Expedia. Said he could not give me a refund and I had to contact Expedia. Contacted Expedia and they said Hotel would not give me refund. Hmmm? So, I was charged a night without ever staying there. Apparently Wyndham hotels are so desperate for revenue they are billing people even when you don't stay there, and the clerk said they were not full. Greed outweighs integrity for Wyndham and Expedia. The lesson, book directly and avoid Wyndham.
