Overall, this was a decent hotel for the area. Breakfast was OK only. I had dinner at the on-site restaurant. The food was good and service was a little slow. The room itself was good, the bed was comfortable. When I got to the room, the heat was set to 79°. It took a little while to cool it down to my preferred temperature. Overall I would stay here again if I was in the area.

The room was immaculate. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was served buffet style in an actual restaurant. Parking was a normal parking lot that I could see my vehicle from my room, and they had a security guard patrolling at night.

The woman wearing black glasses at the shop provided very poor service. She was also in charge of handling breakfast service, but even when I greeted her, she did not respond and was using her smartphone. I found this extremely unpleasant. I do not think someone like this is suited for the service industry. I would appreciate it if staff could be more considerate so that guests can have a comfortable experience.

You had free breakfast that included an omelette with ham. Many South Asians who are vegetarians who eat eggs but do not eat any meat item such as ham. There should have been an ingredient list posted next to it so people can make an informed decision.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and I was happy from the moment I checked in. The entire building was clean, and the hallway design was wonderful. The breakfast menu had a wide variety of choices, and the coffee was not too weak and delicious. All staff were professional. I was extremely satisfied with the price. Although it is not stated in the property details, there is a refrigerator in the room. This should be stated on the website to help customer’s choice.

Even though I only stayed for a night, this hotel was above and beyond my expectations. Their staff were very friendly and attentive. The free breakfast was very good — lots of variety and options. It’s a very unique Hampton Inn with the strong Navajo identity well embraced in their service and hospitality. I will definitely be back!
