Welcome to Aleksotas cosy apartment! This 75m2 studio apartment has a minimalistic and unique design, so you will feel at home in it. One of the biggest advantages of this apartment is its spaciousness, so you will have the opportunity to live in it for up to 4 people without feeling any discomfort. In the apartment, you will find a spacious living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom (the shower is in another building - 30 meters from the apartment).

Those staying will be able to comfortably use all household appliances: iron, washing machine, TV, etc., kitchen appliances: some of them would be a coffee machine, induction cooker, dishes, cutlery, bathroom accessories: towels, hair dryer, personal hygiene products. Also, during your stay, you won`t have to worry about parking, you can leave your vehicle in a private yard protected by cameras.

You will find this apartment in the quiet part of Kaunas - Aleksotas. For those who like a quiet, slow rest, we have excellent knowledge, you will be able to enjoy this kind of rest not only in the apartments themselves but also in its neighbourhood. Not far from the apartments, you will find many interesting places. You can enjoy the beautiful landscape at the Aleksot observation deck, where you can see the panorama of Nemunas and the centre of Kaunas. You can be inspired by nature in the valley of the Marvele River. Here the cascades of the river open up in all their beauty, which you can reach by crossing a wooden bridge also you can sit and admire the view from the amphitheatre. Close to this attraction is the first fort of the Kaunas fortress and the S. Darius and S. Girėnas airfield, so when you visit Aleksotas you will have the opportunity to see the turns of landing planes. Of course, you will find several grocery stores near the apartments.

You can reach many places of leisure, shops and eateries just on foot. If you need to reach a further area, you can always use public transport, using the public transport schedules and the ticketing apps `Trafi`, and `Žiogas` you will reach any area of Kaunas without any problems. During the warm season, the `Bolt` and `CityBee` apps offer to rent electric scooters, and bicycles, and to drive in their various rental cars all year round. And if you plan to use your transport, you will find more than one gas station in the neighbourhood of Aleksotas. The parking space is also taken care of, you can park your vehicle in the private, guarded yard right next to the apartment.

The apartment is in the basement and getting to the apartment does require climbing down some stairs.
No shoes inside the apartment.
No parties, events, or gatherings.
Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment (no extra visitors or overnight guests).
No smoking inside the apartment.
Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00.
Please wash used dishes and take out the garbage before check-out.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee of €15 per pet/night. Guests must clean up after their pets.
Please do not move furniture (except chairs).
The apartment is prepared according to the number of guests in the reservation. Extra bedding, linen, and towels provided for registered guests are stored in the apartment for use as needed. Additional towel sets used: €10/set. Additional bed linen used: €10/set. Damaged items requiring replacement will be charged accordingly.
Construction, roadworks, infrastructure maintenance, or other external works may occasionally take place around the property as part of ongoing city development and are outside our control, including their timing, duration, and noise levels.
All guests are required to submit their information for registration with local authorities, in accordance with Lithuanian tourism law.
Consumables: A starter supply of toilet paper, trash bags, detergent and other essentials is provided. Additional supplies are not replenished during the stay and should be purchased by guests as needed.
