This is a beautiful vintage property that has been very well maintained. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very attentive. They made excellent suggestions for tours to take and places to eat.

Room was nice, quiet setting (except for the roosters). I was there to meet friends on the NCL cruise. The car bridge going to the port is closed which is inconvenient. A 1/2 mile trek is currently a 5 mile trek to get to the port. When the bridge is completed it will be an ideal location.

Continental breakfast was legit but it’s not a full breakfast. Not a complaint but just letting anyone be aware. The room was lovely, the kitty cats are nice, and the roosters are loud. Beautiful view from the lanai. Bar soap smells awesome we ordered more off eBay lol. Will be back for sure. Room was amazingly clean per my girlfriend who is very particular about cleanliness so it counts for double.

A great deal for the first part of our trip! About 10 minutes from the major stores and restaurants in Lihue, and a good home base for us on the days we were busy hiking and at the beaches around the island. The room was very clean, with the small amount of dirt and sand we brought in cleaned daily. Live music the night we arrived. A peaceful place! Note that the bridge near the hotel is closed, and you will need to go around on the west side.

Great stay! The staff were really genuine and nice! Very nicely thought of activities on daily basis. The wed n friday live music night and sat movie night under the stars were awesome. They even gave a small hawaiin flower hair clip for both my girls like as a token. Was a nice touch to the experience.

We loved our stay here. My daughter especially loved the friendly cats, chickens and peafowl around the property. The hotel had live music in the evening, free wifi all over the property, and very friendly staff and owners.

The staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the live music in the evening. The chickens in the courtyard was an amusing novelty. I thought that it was vintage Hawaii, small hotel in a quiet setting.

The room is vintage in style and very clean and nice. The office staff was very pleasant. Directions would have been helpful since the bridge on the main route to the hotel is closed, and we did not know that. Our navigation would not find an alternate route. the staff did not know an alternate route, we had to dig for it on our map.
