We had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, Wailua Bay. The room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. The ocean view was great from the outside seating, we could even see whales passing by. The location is fantastic with the Lydgate Beach and pools for snorkeling. The sunrises were very impressive and there are plenty of paths for walking. I enjoyed being slightly out of town, so everything seemed more quiet and peaceful, less stress. It's close to everything and centrally located. The lobby woodwork is impressive and the Wialua Nui Lua is located right on the property three nights a week, it was quite a feast and show. The staff was very helpful and quickly got us items we forgot or needed. I would go back in a heartbeat, I miss it already.

Nice room, clean, friendly staff. It’s a great location 10-15 minutes from Lihue Airport, beautiful beach with lagoons very kid friendly, big park for kids to play. Kapaa is a couple minutes away. I would definitely recommend.

Stay was good, great staff with amazing hospitality. Clean up staff "Fe" was very helpful in consistently keeping the room clean and tidy. Jacuzzi was at times flakky with water not being sufficiently hot or jets not working. It will be great if they could get that fixed. I booked the same room as my friend but received partial ocean view vs full ocean view, I am Hilton member and the front desk charged 25$ per day parking (they mentioned if I booked through Hilton they could have waived it) reducing 1 star due to the above 2 reasons .

What amazing facilities! We enjoyed the staff, especially Curt. My daughter loved feeding the coy fish most. I loved how at home I felt even upon arrival. We arrived an hour before check-in and were greeted with a smile and allowed to go to our room early. After 14 hours flying that was a welcome gift. Evelyn and everyone at the restaurants were so gracious and accommodating. We are blessed to have visited and are planning our return soon.
