This is a great place to stay on a budget. It's very reasonably priced, the rooms are spacious and clean and the complimentary breakfast was a great bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location as well. The only issue would be the outdoors could use a good clean and maybe a little renovation.

Location was great to everything needed locally. Great coffee shop across the road. Staff were incredibly friendly. Room and furniture were very dusty and unclean which set off hayfever for half of us. Shower tap handle came off when using.
