One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while 3 further bedrooms are spread over the second floor. The extremely charming outdoor area offers comfortable sun loungers from which you can enjoy the warm Istrian sun by the pool. However, if you prefer the shade, there are several covered terraces and 2 dining areas. At the back of the villa there is a generously manicured lawn where the youngest guests can have fun and the villa is located near a charming village called Kastelir. It is close to the town of Porec and its beaches. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Areas of interest include the medieval hill towns of Motovun and Groznjan and the coastal towns of Rovinj and Vrsar. A little further afield, the Brijuni Islands, the Roman amphitheater in Pula and a day trip to Venice are recommended excursions from this region. For golf enthusiasts, there is a golf club in Umag near the villa and a golf course on the beautiful island of Brijuni, only 50 km from the villa. The award-winning Istralandia water park is also close by, ideal for a fun day in the sun with the whole family.
