This villa with an ocean view is one of the most beautiful in Istria. The property offers so much space that you could almost get lost inside the villa.
The swimming pool is 40 square meters—great!
An atmosphere to fall in love with. Spacious bathrooms and bedrooms, as well as a fantastic outdoor area with a brick barbecue and a summer kitchen, provide the ideal setting for a wonderful vacation. The villa also features a huge pool, elegant lounge chairs, and a stunning setting. There’s also a garage that fits at least two cars.

There’s certainly no shortage of space here. The villa has been lovingly and charmingly furnished. It’s only about 9 km to the sea and to Poreč. Come see for yourself how wonderful this villa is!
