The holiday home has a total living area of 105m2 and is located in a quiet street. On the ground floor there is a bedroom, living room, bathroom and the kitchen. In the attic are two more bedrooms, each with access to the spacious balcony and a bathroom. All bedrooms have double beds. The living room is equipped with air conditioning and a sofa bed, as well as a TV and access to the terrace. In the well-equipped American style kitchen you will find a stove, fridge, freezer and a dishwasher. There is a stone fireplace and a private swimming pool. Nearby are several restaurants, a café, a small shop and a small playground. Everything is within walking distance. The house is very comfortable and lovingly furnished. There is nothing in the way of a relaxed family holiday here. Pets are welcome for an additional charge.
