The villa is suitable for 8 persons. The pool is heated. You can enjoy BBQ by the pool. The villa has a roof terrace with sun loungers and dining table with beautiful and breathtaking seaviews.

Villa is only meters away from grocery store, caffe bars, and restaurants
The space
Lovely Villa Lux is very spacious villa over and is set on 2 floors and in total 4 bedrooms.

On the ground floor is open space living/kitchen/dining area opening into pool area. There is 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and toilet.

The first floor has 3 double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom. Master bedroom has a walk in closet Bedrooms have beautiful seaviews.

The top floor is a very large roof terrace with amazing seaviews.

The villa is just 90m from the nearest beach and 13km from Trogir, the delightful UNESCO World Heritage town with its many restaurants, bars and shops. Split old town is just 13km away..

We have table soccer and dart game who like to play.

There is a private parking lot for up to 3 cars.

All bedrooms including living rooms have AC.
