The villa consists of two floors. Top floor is a 130m2 flat connected with the ground floor over outside stairs. The top floor offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, toilet, living area, kitchen and balcony. The ground floor is a 70m2 flat offering two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, living area and kitchen.
The outside area with pool and barbeque offers sitting possibilities for dinning, sunbeds and chill zones for the perfect relaxation end enjoyment.
Charming and modern designed villa located few minutes’ walk from the seafront and beaches. The location is quiet but close to all main attractions. The centre of Kastel Kambelovac and Kastel Luksica are a 5-7 minutes’ walk, offering cultural monuments, local markets, bars and restaurants. The whole Kastela Riviera is offering a unique atmosphere combing local traditional culture with touristic offer. Split and Trogir as UNESCO protected cities are a 20 min drive away.

A fantastic stay! The apartments were spotless and had lovely big bedrooms and modern furnishings. Would definitely recommend! Goran was so helpful during our stay and communication was instant.
