Sehr schönes und modernes Ferienhaus mit Pool nur wenige Minuten von Rijeka entfernt.

Sehr schönes und modernes Ferienhaus mit Pool nur wenige Minuten von Rijeka entfernt. Das Haus verfügt über drei sehr gut ausgestattete Schlafzimmer, wobei ein Zimmer bedingt durch das Bett eher für Kinder geeignet ist. Auch an Insektengitter in den Bädern (2x) und Schlafzimmern wurde gedacht. Die Küche ist neben einem großzügigen Essbereich Teil des sehr großen Wohnzimmers und sehr gut bestückt. Der Raum ist Klimatisiert. Im ganzen Haus ist eine Fußbodenheizung installiert. Das Grundstück ist großzügig und gepflegt. Neben dem Pool gibt es noch eine schöne Terrasse und einen überdachten Grillplatz mit Tisch und Stühlen, Kühlschrank und Abwäsche.. In der Nähe finden sich die verschiedensten Restaurants und durch seine verkehrsgünstige Lage kommt man sehr schnell in alle Richtungen. Google-Maps hat an der Stelle einen kleinen Kartenfehler!! Bitte "Kastav Ferienhaus" eingeben und dann nach dem Satelliten navigieren. Als Begrüßungsgeschenk fanden wir Wein und andere Getränke vor. Die Begrüßung und Einweisung erfolgte durch den Eigentümer telefonisch und war völlig unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Außenanlage mit Pool, Trampolin etc einfach toll. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war für uns klasse: Abseits vom Trubel, dennoch tolle Strände oder Städte in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Wir können das Ferienhaus absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Fank für die tollen Ferien in Kastav.
