A PLEASANT SURPRISE

After my previous night’s unsatisfactory accomodation, I breathed a sigh of relief when I walked into my room. Park Dedeman is a very comfortable hotel. It has everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Comfortable, clean, great location, and the shower was amazing. It was a pity that we only stayed for one night, and I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect from start to finish.

Great stay. Staff were very helpful and professional. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet, with a nice view of the castle. We enjoyed the complimentary spa facilities, using the indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Breakfast was excellent, with large choice of hot and cold dishes to choose from. Also a good selection of cereals, breads and pastries. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel restaurant which we regret, as we seen the menu when leaving breakfast. Menu was varied and looked reasonably priced. When driving into town the hotel was very easy to find. It has a small car park out front, plus an underground car park.

Orada resepsiyon da çalışan Mine hanım sürekli yetersiz kaldığı konular için bahane üretiyor. Mesela up garde yapmaması nedenini delux oda yok dedi. İnternette var diye görüminğyor dediğim zaman tüm delüx odaların sigara içilir oda olduğunu söyledi. Daha bir çok bahane otel ücreti hakkında oda seçiminde ses çok dediğimde diğer cephe soğuk oluyor dedi. Gerçekten pes dedim. Mine hanım sanırım. Uzun siyah saçlı genç bir hanım.
