A PLEASANT SURPRISE

After my previous night’s unsatisfactory accomodation, I breathed a sigh of relief when I walked into my room. Park Dedeman is a very comfortable hotel. It has everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Comfortable, clean, great location, and the shower was amazing. It was a pity that we only stayed for one night, and I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect from start to finish.

Great stay. Staff were very helpful and professional. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet, with a nice view of the castle. We enjoyed the complimentary spa facilities, using the indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Breakfast was excellent, with large choice of hot and cold dishes to choose from. Also a good selection of cereals, breads and pastries. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel restaurant which we regret, as we seen the menu when leaving breakfast. Menu was varied and looked reasonably priced. When driving into town the hotel was very easy to find. It has a small car park out front, plus an underground car park.

Gerçekten çok güzel bir otel. Yataklar çok rahattı, oda temizdi, kahvaltısı keyif verdi. Gelişmesi gerekenler; otopark imkanı maalesef az, kapalı otopark diye gösterdikleri yerden otele asansörle çıkış yok, bu kabul edilir bir şey değil otelin altındaki otoparktan nasıl otele çıkış olmaz anlayabilmiş değilim ayrıca banyodaki duş jeli bomboştu gram kalmamıştı ama doldurmamışlar bunlara dikkat edilse güzel olur yoksa muazzam güzel bir otel, bölgedeki en iyi otel diyebilirim.

Otelde 1 gece konakladık. Konumu iyiydi. Hemen yanında avm var. Odalar temiz yatak konforluydu. İhtiyacımızı resepsiyon görevlisi hemen yerine getirdi. Kahvaltısı gayet güzel ve kaliteli ürünlerden oluşuyordu. Tek sıkıntı o kadar odalı bir otelde asansör azlığı idi. Asansör bekleme süresi can sıkabiliyordu. Bunun dışında sorun yaşamadık. Tekrar Gider miyim? Evet. Tavsiye eder miyim? Yine evet :)
