Enjoy your stay in our cozy two-bedroom attic apartment. It’s very centrally located yet situated in a quiet residential area. Parking is available right in front of the building. Public transportation is just a few minutes’ walk away.

The Nordhessen-Arena, Auestation, and Auepark—with its beautiful Orangery—are all nearby. Restaurants, a movie theater, museums, exhibition halls, and the city center invite you to linger.

Spanning 50 square meters, this cozy three-room apartment features a bedroom, a separate living room with a sleeper sofa, a study, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a bright bathroom with a window.

The bedroom features a double bed (140×200) and a wardrobe. It is designed to accommodate 2 people. If needed, a third person can sleep on the pull-out sofa in the living room for an additional fee.

A TV, Wi-Fi, and a small selection of books ensure you’ll never get bored on rainy days.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, large refrigerator, oven, 4-burner stove, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils for preparing meals. For short stays, many small items such as dish soap, spices, sugar, flour, etc., are provided.

The separate bathroom includes a hair dryer, plenty of towels, and toiletries.

Check-in is flexible starting at 2:00 p.m. via the key box. We’re also happy to check you in person upon request.

Guests with electric cars are welcome and can charge their vehicles directly at the house for a fee. An e-bike can be rented for a small fee. Bicycles can be parked out of sight behind the house.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment. In the garden, you’re welcome to enjoy a cigarette in our cozy beach chair corner.

The apartment is not wheelchair-accessible and is located on the 2nd floor.
The entire apartment is fully accessible to our guests.
A washing machine, dryer, and freezer are available in the basement for shared use upon request.
