“Check-in anytime” except when we arrived, the electronic check-in systems were down and there were no staff in the entire hotel to assist. We had to wait over an hour to reach the emergency phone line and get the room code. The code was sent via email but the wifi was down for our whole stay. Terrible experience

Einfach nur schrecklich in der Nacht sehr laut. Kein Kaffee Automat. Parkplätze sollten 8 Euro kosten im Gewerbegebiet wo hunderte Plätze vor der Tür sind. Waschbecken total verstopft und keine Zimmer Reinigung

Parkplatz kostet jetzt Geld (Frechheit), kein Kaffeeautomat, Heizung auf dem Zimmer defekt, Schimmel im Badezimmer, zu wenig WC Papier, Handtücher stinken, Matratze viel zu hart (wie ein Brett). Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr sehr übersichtlich und absolut keine 13,90€ wert. Der Aufschnitt wellte sich teilweise schon. Die Fliesen im Bad waren schmutzig vom vorherigen Gast. Das Personal wirkte eher genervt als motiviert.
