The eight tastefully and comfortably furnished holiday homes (built in 2014) each have a well-kept garden with a furnished terrace and private swimming pool with hydromassage. Here you can relax with a cool drink and enjoy wonderful sunrises. A resort-owned SPA with indoor pool, sauna and fitness room is available to you free of charge. Various wellness treatments can be used for a fee.
The lively tourist town of Chanioti with its long sandy beach and beautiful waterfront promenade is about 1 km away. Here you will find a good selection of taverns, cafes, bars and shops.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Dogs up to 25 kg need their own cage. If this is not the case, a cage will be provided on site for a fee of € 5 per day.
