This is a pretty new built settlement combining the traditional but same time modern style villas at a unique location just a breath away from Sani Marina where the whole action taking place enjoying privacy and relaxation!
Sani exquisite holiday villa of excellent construction consists of 3 levels, having at down floor one bedroom with closet, a living room with two sofa beds, a bathroom with shower, a storage and a boiler room.
On ground floor there is one bedroom with built-in closets and access to terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with electric stoves and all home appliances, a floor bathroom, and a living room with two sofa beds, AC, Dining room and chimney.
1st floor consists of a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a balcony!
Onsite there are two parking lots, garden with olive and trees, and a 5x12m swimming pool ideal for kids as well!
