Villa Caretta is very central in a perfect location and within a 5 minute walk to the centre and to all eminities. villa is over two floors, with three bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, and a raised covered terrace area overlooking the private pool.

Terraced garden is spacious, surrounded with mature trees, with a canopied seating area.

Where it lacks in sea views at the pool level, it makes up in spades in space, character of a perfect boutique villa ideal for a mid size family who want to chill out and walk easily into the centre of the old town. No car required, as everything is within easy reach.

Roof terrace has panoramic views over kalkan bay, and the high mountains that you van enjoy over your sun-downers.
