mükemmel bir apart daire. İçindeki herşey birinci kalite. anlatmakla bitmez. çift oda çift banyo büyük bir salon büyük bir balkon muhteşem manzara. Temiz ve lüks. merkezden biraz uzak ancak önünden dolmuşlar geçiyor. sahipleri alt dairede kalıyorlar, harika insanlar. Teşekkürler

Güzel bir otel deneyimi ama kötü bir iletişim

Otele giriş deneyimimiz malesef oldukça kötüydü, sitede belirtilen giriş saatinden yarım saat sonra gelmemize rağmen giriş saatinin 1,5 saat daha sonra olduğu, sitede hatalı bilginin yazdığı belirtildi ve bu belirtilirken çok agresif bir tonda kötü bir iletişim kuruldu. Bu sorunun bizden kaynaklanmadığını belirtmemiz rağmen sert bir tepki gördük. Lobide hiç kimse yoktu telefonla arayarak iletişim kurduk, daha sonra karşılandık fakat bu kötü tutum karşılama sonrasında da bir süre devam etti. Bu olumsuz giriş deneyiminden sonra güne maalesef kötü bir başlangıç yaptık ancak otelin kendisi için aynı şeyleri söyleyemeyeceğim, aslında oldukça temiz ferah güzel bir otel bizi karşılamış oldu. Temizliği son derece düzgün yapılmış imkanları yeterli ve rahat bir konaklama yaşadık. Keşke otelin yetkilileri otelin fiziksel koşullarına gösterdiği önemi misafirleri ile olan iletişime de gösterse.

3. Katta kalıyoruz asansör yok, geldiğimde elemanları dışarıda olduğu için valizlerimi tek başıma taşıdım 3 kat yukarı. Onun haricinde açık pencereden kedi girip ben bu uyurken çantamdaki eşyaları yere dökmüş içindeki yiyecek poşetini parçalamış. Odalarda klima olması çok iyi fakat bir tanesi su damlatıyor, yerler çok ıslandı. Genel itibariyle temiz, mutfaklarında tüm ihtiyaçlar için ekipman mevcut.
