Wow what an amazing holiday we had at this beautiful villa. It has a view to die for!!! We had no issue with anything. The communication with mustafa and his team was faultless even down to asking for a chopping board which was delivered to the property within the hour. We had fresh water delivered on request and a direct number for a taxi driver. Taxis are necessary as you are high up but that is why the view is so spectacular. Kalkan is such a beautiful little town with so many gorgeous restaurants. The people made our holiday as they were all so chatty and friendly. The villa had everything we needed and was cleaned outside daily and cleaned inside once a week. We couldn’t recommend it enough and will definitely be returning.

Wonderful villa in Kalkan

Mustafa's villa in Kalkan was wonderful. It is pretty spacious with fibe bedrooms, each could fit two to three people. We rented this villa for our family get together: there were two sets of grandparents and two families with children. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the stunning views and the clean pool thoroughly. Positive things: 1. Spacious enough villa 2. Amazing view of the bay and the town (neighbor's roof covers part of the view but not a big deal) 3. Wonderful very clean pool 4. Great backyard with a large outside table and chairs; area with seating to relax by then pool Areas for improvement: 1. Overall communication of the property manager could be more prompt and unassuming (we were blamed for breaking kitchen water faucet whereas it was already broken when we started using it) 2. Update dishes and appliances We found the villa's appliances, furniture and dishes were not up to date in a few instances. Dishes were chipped off, couch in the living room had stains and chairs by the pool were weak and could easily rip. 3. Location is very high in the mountains. So be prepared to drive up if you are a first time visitor in Kalkan. I assume with taxis, it would be fine but we rented a mini van for which it is harder. 4. Cleaning of the pool and backyard was not on a daily basis which was ok but expectations were set differently Overall I would rate this property as 4.5. With a few improvements and communication improvement of the manager, it will be a wonderful place for a large family. Thank you for hosting us

Large villa with amazing pool and views

Mustafa the property owner is very friendly. Kalkan is a wonderful place. The villa is situated 5 mins from Kalkan town and taxis are really cheap around £3 each way. Kalkan is a lively place with lots of lovely food. The villa is spacious and beds were very comfy.
