We have just come back from a 10 day stay in the one bedroom ground floor apartment. The apartment was great, immaculately clean and really well equipped. There was me and my adult daughter so we used the sofa bed in the lounge so that we had a room each. It worked really well for us and there was plenty of space. The pool was great, large enough to do lengths and plenty of sun beds too. It was never too busy and we were often the only ones in the pool. Hikmet was a really helpful and generous host, bringing us savoury treats and coffee! It was a 10-15 min walk to the old town and harbour which is uphill on the way back. Not a problem if you’re reasonably fit - there are taxis but we never felt we needed one. We loved Kalkan snd Stone House apartments were perfect for us.

Lovely apartments

We booked for one week in these lovely apartments and we were not disappointed on arrival, these apartments are beautiful. Communication from the owner (Hikmet) was superb and the apartments are clean, modern and very well appointed. The pool area is fantastic with a lovely mezzanine terrace area with further sunbeds, soft seating, TV and an honesty bar- fantastic!We will definitely stay here again, excellent find.

Great holiday, fantastic hosts

Me and my wife have just returned from a wonderful 2 week holiday staying at the Stone House Apartments in Kalkan. Our one bedroom apartment was spotlessly clean. There is a very spacious living area and a very nice bedroom which has ample storage space and a comfy bed. The whole apartment has excellent air conditioning as well as very good wifi (free). If you wish to go fully self catering, the kitchen has everything you require (ie. cooker, microwave, dishwasher, etc.). The apartment has a lovely patio area which looks out onto the pool area. I must say, the swimming pool is the best I have experienced when staying in a smaller apartment complex, and again, it is all kept exceptionally clean. There is also a bar area, with large TV, where you can either drink your own drinks or use the honesty bar. The best thing about these apartments though are the owners, Hikmet & Oxana who are fantastic hosts and cannot do enough for you. Whilst there, we were invited along to a BBQ evening with other guests which was great and also invited to breakfast. It was great to meet and speak to fellow guests, most of whom were returning guests. The location is very good (obviously it is hilly but nearly all of Kalkan is). There are 2 supermarkets within a 5 minutes walk and above one is a great coffee shop (MOC). A gentle stroll will get you into town in no more than 15 minutes where you'll find a plethora of bars and restaurants. We will certainly return to Stone House Apartments.

Comfortable kalkan holiday

We were delighted with our choice of accommodation as it was close to all facilities very clean and well equipped. The hosts Hikmet and his lovely wife Oxana could not do enough for us. Nothing was a problem anything we needed we only had to ask. Other guest had stayed many times and spoke highly of the hosts definitely one to return to.

Memorable Holiday

The owner Hikmet and his partner met us on our arrival, even though it was after midnight. The apartment was spotless and very well appointed. As the owner lives on site, he was always available and nothing was too much trouble. He even organised a BBQ for us along with two other British couples and we all had great fun. The swimming pool is quite large compared to those at other apartments and was very clean. We would definitely return here and would have no hesitation in recommending these apartments.
