With its unobstructed bay views, Villa Mercury Duo enjoys one of the hottest spots in Kalkan’s Kalamar area. This classy duplex boasts a unique design built around an expansive pool-terrace hemmed in by a private, rectangular infinity pool. The interiors are bright and spacious, with contemporary furnishings and a snazzy décor.

All four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, excellent views and wall-mounted flat-screen TVs. Outdoors, a stone-oven BBQ and covered dining area, offers the ideal opportunity for out-door cooking and alfresco dining by the pool. The roof terrace up top has a rattan settee on which to enjoy sunsets over the distant islands.

Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 15.00hrs, and checkout at 11.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our house keepers to do our work.

Breakages and insurance: To secure villa owners against breakages and damages, it is our policy to charge a refundable damage deposit. This is usually £300 and will be reimbursed to you a week following your stay. The payment can be made with your final balance payment 10 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that guests should have their own insurance cover for personal injury, loss of possessions, damage to property, medical and cancellations.
