On a well-maintained, fenced property, guests are welcomed in two comfortable, year-round semi-detached houses. Each house has a large terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, and barbecue facilities. The houses are two-story. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room (fireplace, TV, double sofa bed, large table, swing), a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower (including a washing machine). On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (one with a balcony) and another bathroom with a shower. Central heating and a fireplace are provided (wood is included in the price). Wireless internet is available. The spacious, fenced property (available to guests of two adjacent houses) offers secure parking, a children's playground, and plenty of space for blissful relaxation, family games, and fun.

The biggest nearby attraction is Lake Wdzydzkie – one of the largest bodies of water in Poland. A sandy beach with a large swimming area is 900 meters from the property. The area is ideal for anglers, mushroom pickers, and nature lovers – people who value peace, quiet, and communion with the beauty of nature. There are several restaurants nearby, including those serving regional dishes, a fish fryer, and water sports equipment rentals. Paragliding is available nearby at the nearby Borsk airport. Kayaking trips on the Wda River are also available.
