The pristine sands and clear waters of Karon Beach, famous for its stunning sunsets, are just 700 meters away. Right at the main entrance, you'll find a wide array of restaurants, convenience stores, banks, and shops. The property is situated on a small hill (a 70-meter walk up a 35% slope from the main road), please use an SUV car whenever you order a taxi. A free shuttle service runs to Kata and Karon beaches between 9am and 5pm. We recommend renting a car or motorbike to fully explore the surrounding areas with ease.
Please be aware of the following details to ensure a seamless stay: Electricity and water costs are included in your rental rate. This is a self-catering apartment. Daily cleaning is not provided but can be arranged through the office for a fee of THB960, which includes fresh linens and towels. Breakfast is not included. You can order breakfast from the office from 9am onwards, or visit the numerous nearby cafes and restaurants. Initial supplies are provided, but consumables like tissues and garbage bags are not replenished daily. These can be easily purchased at nearby supermarkets. Guests may be required to pay for any damage caused to the property during their stay, in accordance with the property damage policy.
