Housekeeping: This is a self-catering apartment. Daily cleaning is not provided but can be arranged through the office for a fee of THB960, which includes fresh linens and towels.
Food: Breakfast is not included. You can order breakfast from the office from 9am onwards, or visit the numerous nearby cafes and restaurants.
Supplies: Initial supplies are provided, but consumables like tissues and garbage bags are not replenished daily. These can be easily purchased at nearby supermarkets.
Damage Policy: Guests may be required to pay for any damage caused to the property during their stay, in accordance with the property damage policy.
