This sunny, airy apartment (approx. 60 m²), just a two-minute walk from the beach, features an open attic space, a loft with a view of the sky, and a loggia.
In the living area, which includes a fully equipped kitchenette, you can sit in classic Eames armchairs and enjoy the view of the greenery. The bedroom features a 180 cm wide double bed. The modern, bright decor is complemented by stylish ’60s pieces.
The loft features a reading or sleeper sofa, as well as a space for a home office with free Wi-Fi.
Children are welcome—there’s a washing machine, stair gates, and space for an optional crib in the bedroom.
On cool days, the sun will warm you on the wind-protected loggia from breakfast through coffee time.
A lockable bike storage box is located in the building’s parking lot, where your parking space is also located.
