A lovely hotel in a convenient location. A short walk takes you to the town centre. The parking facilities were excellent, with the staff parking off site. The car was retrieved in good time every time it was requested. A lovely clean room with good wifi, and excellent breakfasts in a superb location.

The front desk staffs are very nice. They provided surprise welcome and goodbye drink and treats. Also they introduce how to access to the river bend and other areas which we felt the hotel location is so convenient to everywhere even though it is on the hill. There are two access has stairs and street elevator can go up and down so easy. The room is large, clean, stuff cleans up our room while we are eating breakfast. It is very nice to see a clean room when we finished the breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel late March / Early April 2026. The staff were attentive and friendly and my room was really big. Breakfast buffet was very well presented and delicious. I was given a lovely drink and treat on check in and was shown around the hotel by a member of staff which was a lovely touch. I would have given a higher rating but there was a really bad smell in my room the first 3 days. We were informed there was a problem with the water so on my last night we had no water from 10pm to 4am the following morning. Water also went off the following morning, so I was unable to shower before check out. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay
