Everything about my stay was wonderful. I simply wanted a cheap and clean place to stay. It was much better than I expected. The breakfast that is provided will not let you leave hungry. There were many types of foods available, was well prepared and always fresh. I would encourage anyone to stay here.

Lovely stay, 10/10.

Lovely stay. Was slightly confused with the parking but turned out I was able to park in the large public carpark opposite (I hope anyway). Very comfortable room with TV and fridge. Receptionist spoke very good english which was nice. Comfy bed. Good shower. Couldn’t fault it honestly, was great value too and in walking distance to the town.

Nice room, despite the property looks a bit old, good breakfast. The hotel is on a hill so it takes about 20/30 minutes by feet to reach the city center. A bus is also available, but it doesn't pass very often.

I liked that it was close enough to walk downtown Karlovy Vary. The room was clean. We had an issue with a shower that end up being solved. Overall the bathrooms can use a remodel.

Was staying onl 2 night, it was as expected for 3 🌟 hotel. Its cca 10-15 min walk to old town, what if you are fit enough won't be a problem, due to steep streets with whatever way you go. Lobby and breakfast inferior very nicely made, quite moder. However rooms could be bit better, in this i mean bathroom was really smelling on urine and shower cabine had mould! But as mentioned before, alli in all solid hotel for quite low prices!

Wir haben dieses Hotel geewählt, weil sich direkt davor zwei große öffentliche Parkplätze befinden. Als wir ankamen, befanden sich dort jedoch Parkverbotsschilder davor. Wir sprachen die Empfangsmitarbeiterin darauf an, die sagte, wir könnten dort parken, das seien städtische Parkplätze. Später haben wir noch umgeparkt, was richtig war, denn die Polizei hatte dann abends die Parkplätze abgesperrt und sogar angefangen, Autos abzuschleppen. Scheinbar war dort eine Veranstaltung von Einsatzkräften auf dem Parkplatz, und am nächsten Morgen, beim Auschecken, befand sich in der Lobby des Hotels die Anmeldung dieser Veranstaltung. Die gleiche Empfangsmitarbeiterin war vor Ort. Wieso hat sich uns nicht, als wir sie direkt darauf angesprochen haben, darauf hingewiesen, dass das Parkverbot gilt? Ein guter Service sieht anders aus. Ansonsten war das Hotel selbst in Ordnung. Die Lage war allerdings nicht gut (das wussten wir aber, wir hatten das Hotel einfach wegen der Parkplätze gewählt). Das Zimmer war schön groß und sah frisch renoviert aus. Das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung. Obwohl alle Tische besetzt waren, wurden immer wieder Speisen aufgefüllt.

Algumas coisas que precisam melhorar: - O quarto não tem ar-condicionado e fica muito quente nessa época do ano - O box do chuveiro é minúsculo - Na reserva feita, constava que a havia sala de estar separada, mas não é verdade - Dos mais de 20 hotéis que ficamos durante toda a nossa viagem até aqui, este foi o único que não tinha um chá e/ou uma garrafinha d’água de cortesia no quarto - Não havia suporte para colocar as malas, as quais tiveram que ficar no chão do quarto - O radiador de calefação fica bem colado ao lado da cabeceira da cama, portanto, imagino que, no inverno, quando ligado, torne bem desagradável para o hóspede que fica deitado daquele lado (vide foto) - As cortinas não possuem blackout, em virtude disso, bem cedo pela manhã o quarto fica todo iluminado com os primeiros raios de sol (vide foto) - Os travesseiros são de péssima qualidade e extremamente desconfortáveis (vide foto) - O quarto em que ficamos ficava de frente para a rua que passa em frente ao hotel e, bem cedo de manhã, logo que os veículos começavam a transitar por ali, o barulho ficava insuportável e não conseguimos mais dormir - O uso de extensão para ligar aparelhos elétricos foi mal resolvido (vide fotos)

Detta hotell är inte att rekommendera till de som vill ha lugn och ro. Gäster samt folk utanför hotellet låter och gör oljud så man ej får någon lugn och ro eller någon sömn. Vi var här 2 nätter och kunde endast sova 2-3 timmar per natt då det lät så hemskt mycket. Vårt kassaskåp på rummet fungerade tyvärr inte och vi hittade något som vi tror är en snorkråka i sängen vid ankomst. Sängarna är stenhårda och duschen väldigt trång. Det finns ingen ac på rummet.
