The tastefully decorated interior offers a pleasant atmosphere where you can take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The Kupa River is a calm river where you can swim or take a boat trip. The owner offers a rowing boat and can provide you with a fishing licence. Enjoy the fire by the fireplace on rainy days while swimming in the pool or relaxing on deckchairs on sunny days. Barbecue river fish that you have caught yourself for a delicious dinner. Then round off the day in the whirlpool or sauna.
Be sure to visit the town of Karlovac, which lies on four rivers and has several sunbathing areas. The Aquatica freshwater fish museum is also worth a visit. Plitvice Lakes National Park is just over an hour's drive away. You can also visit the Bara Caves and the Nikola Tesla Museum.
Note: The additional kitchen and toilet have an outside entrance. Well water / from the tap is for the shower and use of the toilet, while other water is provided for drinking. The last 300m to the house are unpaved.
