Enjoy by the Sea (lower apartment)

House with two apartments is located 15 meters from the beach - with a direct view towards the sea. Anytime you want to enjoy the completely clear sea, all you have to do is walk out on the beach with stuff in front of the house. The house is situated in a very quiet area, far from any traffic noise, with all that sea has to offer: sunbathing, swimming, snorkelling, diving and fishing. The villa enjoys an view towards Pag island, while in the opposite direction the landscape is completed by Mount Velebit.

The terrace has an outdoor shower, and the ground floor apartment has an exterior kitchen as well.

The beach is practically our courtyard, and we usually leave there towels, snorkelling masks, etc. :)
