Great hotel/hostel linked to a cafe, shop and cinema. The hotel was great overall, but by comparison to the rest of the facilities, the room felt a touch basic, if perfectly comfortableand spotlessly clean. Great location in Karatsu, within a 5 minute walk to the train station and on a great pedestrianised street full of great shops (mainly with pottery goods). Would totally recommend.

Excellent location : Hotel is very closed to the JR Station and Bus Terminal. Front office staffs are very friendly and helpful. Even the room is not big and basic but cleaned. Highly recommend !

If you’re looking for a clean, safe and well maintained accommodation. This is it. The area around it doesn’t have much to offer during the evening. It’s in an expensive shopping area and a stores in close up early. It is close to the train station. I didn’t really enjoy it because it seems mostly functional as opposed to warm and welcoming, but it certainly was convenient.

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、目の不自由な私への配慮を適切に行ってくれ、安心、安全に滞在を楽しむことが出来ました。今回はドミトリールームの利用でした。ドミトリールームのベッドはセミダブルくらいの広さで、窮屈さを感じることなく伸び伸びと寛ぐことが出来ました。滞在して本当に良かったです。

朝食事の際、女性スタッフの対応が不機嫌そうで笑顔も無く、残念でした～。 又、チェックアウト時は強い雨降りでフロントスタッフに駅前の駐車場まで百数メートル濡れないよう貸し傘の有無等を尋ねたがあっさり ありません の返事、結局タクシーを呼んで対応した。お部屋の掃除などは行き届いて良かったが トラブル時の対応時のアドバイスに 工夫が欲しかった。残念！

在這等級的酒店來說，整體十分滿意，算是水平以上。 只是房間廁所的水龍頭(並非花灑)設計很有問題，要用扭制去開關，十分難用，極其不便。可以的話請換掉它。
