Sun, balcony and view

This is the second year we have stayed there. And we will come back again. The location es perfect, close to Kaprun but not in the middle of it. It is close to the bus stop, the ski lift and many walking/trekking trails. The customer service is great. They are attentive and quick to react when you contact them. And the view from the balcony is really nice! I did notice that the knives are not sharp enough.
