The ground floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen and living room with a dining table, along with a separate shower and WC. On the upper floor, the apartment continues with 1 double bedroom featuring its own shower and WC, and 1 double bedroom equipped with a hand-basin and shower, both offering direct access to the balcony. A further room on the upper floor contains 1 single bed and 1 double bed, along with a hand-basin and shower, and also benefits from access to the balcony. A second kitchen and living room with a dining table is located on the upper floor, which likewise opens onto the balcony. A separate WC completes the upper level. Please be aware that one double bedroom is situated outside the apartment itself. The property also benefits from a private terrace and a small garden, extending your outdoor living space.
