On the lower level, you'll find an open-plan living and dining area, furnished with attention to detail.
Floor-to-ceiling windows create a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
In the living area, you'll find a comfortable sofa that also converts into a sofa bed (140x200 cm), ideal for extra guests.
On cool evenings, you can cozy up in front of the crackling fireplace and watch your favorite show on the flat-screen TV.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired – with a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic cooktop, and washing machine, you're perfectly prepared.
The spacious bathroom is a highlight: Here you'll find an infrared sauna, a walk-in shower, and a heated towel rail for added comfort.
Upstairs, two tastefully furnished bedrooms await you.
The first bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe, and two comfortable armchairs, perfect for a reading nook.
The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90x200 cm), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a flat-screen TV.
Both bedrooms offer insect screens and blackout curtains, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
For our younger guests, we provide a travel cot and a highchair.
Enjoy the fresh air on the terrace, which is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture, a parasol, and two sun loungers.
