The heart of the apartment is the spacious, open-plan living room. Here, a comfortable sofa and two armchairs invite you to relax, which can also be used as sleeping spaces for children. A smart TV provides entertainment, and Wi-Fi is, of course, available. In addition, the wood-burning stove and underfloor heating create a particularly cozy atmosphere on cooler days. A private infrared sauna is available for relaxing moments of well-being.
The modern, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a vanity mirror, and a hairdryer.
The high-quality, open-plan kitchen combines functionality and comfort. It includes a Nespresso machine, a filter coffee machine, a microwave, a toaster, and a blender. Ample dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are provided. The dining area with a dining table invites you to enjoy meals together.
The accommodation has two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), and the second has two single box-spring beds (90 x 200 cm) that can also be arranged as a double bed. Both bedrooms offer a wardrobe, mosquito nets, blackout curtains, and a smart TV for restful nights.
For fitness enthusiasts, the apartment includes a rowing machine, allowing you to continue your workout even on vacation. For longer stays, a washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board, and iron are available. All windows in the apartment are equipped with privacy screens and mosquito nets.
Outdoors, you can relax on the covered terrace with high-quality garden furniture, a beach chair, and an electric grill, and spend quality time outdoors. Private parking directly at the house ensures convenient arrival, and covered bicycle parking is also available in front of the house.
