In this luxury vacation home, your dream of a holiday on the water comes true. Completed in May 2020, the Beaufort Waterfront House is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz.
Modern architecture and stylish maritime interior design, combined with this unique location, make your stay a truly special experience. The exclusive terraces and large sun deck offer pure relaxation, providing fantastic views of the Baltic Sea and the Schlei fjord.
The vacation home has two floors, with the spacious living/dining area and integrated kitchen located on the upper floor. Large panoramic windows offer a wonderful view of the harbor, and a large sliding door leads to the spacious terrace. The upper floor, with its comfortable sofa bed, dining table, and well-equipped kitchen, invites you to spend cozy hours with friends and family.
The ground floor features two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a TV, floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, and a large sliding door. From here, you have direct access to the lower terrace, which wraps around the entire house.
The second bedroom offers two comfortable single beds and is also equipped with a TV.
The sauna with its direct water view transforms this vacation home into a haven of relaxation, even on cooler days. Step directly from the sauna on the ground floor into the refreshing waters of the Baltic Sea – pure luxury!
The bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink is also located on the ground floor, opposite the sauna.
The boat dock with shore power and water connections can be rented for an additional €25.00 per night, if needed.
This waterfront house is part of the newly built Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. Please note that construction work may still be taking place in the surrounding area.
