Welcome to "Strandgut" in Olpenitz with direct sea views! This luxurious holiday home offers 85m² of living space for 4 people (plus one infant) and promises a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday on the Baltic Sea!
In the living area, you can relax in front of the television. Satellite TV, a radio, and a CD player provide entertainment.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for enjoyable evenings of cooking with the whole family. From there, you can step out through the patio doors onto the sun terrace and enjoy the beautiful view of the water. On the terrace, you can enjoy your morning coffee thanks to the fully automatic coffee machine or grill on the electric grill on balmy summer evenings.
On the first floor, "Strandgut" offers two comfortable bedrooms. One is furnished with a cozy double bed (180x200cm), and the other bedroom offers two single beds (each 90x200cm). Both bedrooms have blackout curtains and insect screens for restful nights. In bad weather, you can cozy up in front of the fireplace on the top floor (3rd floor) and unwind.
From there, you also have access to the covered roof terrace and can enjoy the beautiful view of the beach.
One of the two bathrooms features a towel warmer, a hairdryer, and a whirlpool tub where you can warm up after long walks and escape the stresses of everyday life. The other bathroom offers a walk-in shower and the absolute highlight: a Finnish sauna! Pure wellness!
Direct access to the beach leads from the house, inviting you to enjoy strolls and sunny days by the sea. A washing machine is available in the utility room, so even longer holidays are no problem! A private parking space is located in front of the house.
