TERRACE WITH BALTIC SEA CHARM
The kitchen and dining area on the upper floor opens onto a terrace measuring approximately 25 m². Here, a 180-degree panoramic view of the entire harbor and the sparkling Baltic Sea awaits you. A beach chair invites you to linger. The sun is shining, a light breeze is blowing—here you can soak up the Baltic Sea atmosphere.

COZINESS AND WARMTH
Adjacent to the kitchen area, you’ll find a guest bathroom with a shower. The spacious living room with a fireplace promises comfort. The fireplace crackles on cool days and creates a cozy atmosphere. Your gaze wanders over the Schlei as you watch the ships go by.

Wer sich nach Ruhe & Wasser-Rundumblick sehnt - der ist hier goldrichtig. Top Ausstattung, Wohlfühl-Ambiente. Man fühlt sich sofort "wie Zuhause". Wir haben es sehr genossen.... Und auch wenn ringsum noch viel gebaut wird, war das nicht laut/ störend. Wir kommen wieder.
