Hello and welcome to our lovingly and tastefully furnished vacation rental, “AUF DER OSTSEE.”
It features three rooms and offers a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. You can conveniently park your car in the private underground parking space. You can store bicycles, e-bikes, and even your roof box right in the bike storage room. Our building is wheelchair-accessible, so you can reach the 1st floor by elevator.

Living/dining room: Sofa bed, 50-inch Smart TV with satellite TV and Sky channels. Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+, DAZN, Apple TV (login required), dining table with five chairs.
Modern, fully equipped built-in kitchen: oven, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, built-in dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, Nescafé Dolce Gusto, contact grill.

Bedroom 1:
Box spring bed 180 cm x 200 cm with pocket spring core, access to the balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea.

Bedroom 2:
Box spring bed 90 cm x 200 cm, interior room without windows, small but cozy.

Bedroom 3:
Sofa bed for two people; a mattress topper provides additional sleeping comfort (see under-bed storage)

Floor-level tiled shower, wall mirror and vanity mirror, hair dryer, towel rack.

The Bollwark Residence features 26 superbly equipped living units. In the two- and three-room apartments, couples seeking relaxation feel just as at home as families with children who want to spend eventful days by the sea. All apartments feature a private balcony, terrace, or loggia: There, vacationers can start the day relaxed with a cup of coffee while watching the activity on the water up close, or reflect on the day in the evening with a glass of red wine. Experienced interior design specialists were responsible for the interiors of the bright and spacious living units.
The carefully coordinated colors of the flooring, furniture, and home textiles create a harmonious whole. Satellite TV with Sky channels provides entertainment. Some apartments feature a private sauna. Each apartment comes with a parking space, either in the underground garage or outdoors. An elevator provides convenient access to the apartments on the upper floors. An on-site reception desk ensures a stress-free arrival. The team is happy to address any questions or concerns guests may have and offers tips for a varied vacation experience in the region. A spacious bike storage room is available for active vacationers. Families and vacationers enjoying a longer stay at the Schleimündung particularly appreciate the option to use a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
