Treat yourself to an unforgettable stay in the floating house “Aloha,” located in the harbor basin of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz between the Schlei fjord and the Baltic Sea. Built in 2018, this vacation home on the water is situated in a prime location at the end of the pier, where you can enjoy an unobstructed and undisturbed view of the sea, the sailing and recreational boat harbor, and the harbor entrance.

SPECTACULAR PANORAMIC VIEWS AND DIRECT ACCESS TO THE SEA
The floating vacation home "Aloha" offers breathtaking views of the maritime surroundings thanks to its floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and three terraces—one on each level—including a 360° rooftop terrace. The Baltic Sea is just a swim ladder away, and the white sandy beach is a convenient 10-minute walk away. - Dogs are welcome!

ENTERTAINMENT, COMFORT, AND RELAXATION
Even in Nordic weather, the “Aloha” offers cozy comfort thanks to underfloor heating and a private sauna. Entertainment is provided by a fiber-optic connection with high-speed internet and Wi-Fi throughout the house, as well as Telekom MagentaTV Plus with a wide selection of TV channels, Netflix, and more on a 50-inch UHD TV. You can play your favorite music via Bluetooth through the soundbar in the living-dining area.

ENJOY LIFE ON THE WATER
The house spans three levels. The bright living and dining area with an open kitchen on the upper floor and an adjoining terrace invites you to linger and creates a cozy atmosphere. The rooftop terrace, complete with a beach chair and a cozy lounge area, is the perfect spot to enjoy the sun and the view.

COMFORTABLE SLEEPING QUARTERS AND A BATHROOM WITH A VIEW
The first floor serves as a quiet retreat with two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom, and a sauna. The master bedroom features floor-to-ceiling windows with direct access to the wraparound terrace. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds.

PRIVATE PARKING FOR CARS AND BOATS
For boat owners, the house offers a private mooring right next to the vacation home, including a 240V outlet. Two private parking spaces are available right at the dock.

Wunderschönes Domizil am Ende des Steges, was einen freien Ausblick ins Hafenbecken ermöglicht. Top! Sehr nette Begrüßung mit einer Flasche Sekt, saubere Unterkunft, sehr gut funktionierende Technik ( WLAN, Internet, Magenta TV). Ausreichende Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten für Kleidung etc. Küchenausstattung ebenfalls gut, leider war die vorhandene Pfanne nicht zu benutzen (wie häufig in Ferienhäusern, weshalb wir immer eine eigene dabei haben). Wurde aber vom sehr freundlichen Service im Büro notiert und Ersatz angeordnet. Toll auch die telefonische Kontaktaufnahme einen Tag vor Abreise. Vielleicht wäre eine Decke auf der Couch noch eine gute Ergänzung, wenn man sich auch an kälteren sonnigen Tagen auf der wunderbaren Dachterrasse im Strandkorb entspannen möchte. Wir haben uns seht gut erholt und buchen bestimmt wieder das nächste Mal bei Meerzeit!
