I've stayed here 3 times due to bars, convenien shopping, arts and beach area (5 min by Ferry) and easy access to city by Tram. Staff is friendly, breakfast is ok, rooms are nice however no view unless you book it specific. They have a great big rooftop terrasse which used to have a skybar. But it seems like it's been shut down for some years. Terrace is good for relaxing though and has a great harbour view. Hotel should reopen this skybar - could be a Dealbreaker for many people.
