Great hotel. Very close to the Red Line subway. The staff is excellent and extremely helpful. The breakfast included with my stay was very good, offering both meat and vegetarian options. I would definitely stay here again!

整體過程舒適但生活細節需要更多巧思

我喜歡頭等艙的CP值，乾淨舒適，地點離車站很近，交通方便，附近速食店與便利商店很多，購物覓食都方便，而這次住的房型，洗手盆在浴廁外面，希望能有方便掛擦手小毛巾的地方，否則掛在底下小金庫的橫桿上有點不方便。另外冷氣無法調節溫度，實在太冷了，只能關掉一陣子之後再打開，這點並不舒適。掛衣服的地方只是玻璃牆上的掛勾，過近的間距造成使用不方便。

早餐時間太短

房間有點小, 但以CP 計是OK 的. 只是早餐時間太短. 平日星期一至五早餐只安排到9:30, 去旅行都是想休閒點, 但都要一早起床去吃早餐. 星期六日早餐到10 點, 都是很早. 款式是還可以. 早餐生果每款只有一盆, 有四款, 星期日未到9 點就只剩一兩款, 都不會補充.

初めて利用したが、日本語スタッフから最上階にアップグレードしたと告げられ上機嫌に バスタブはないが、良い具合のシャワー、ウォシュレット、冷蔵庫、使い捨てスリッパかあり、1人では余裕のダブルルーム チェックアウトして荷物を預けたら、適当に放置することなく専用保管庫に格納されていたことは秀逸 スーツケース置き台が常備されていれば満点だが、高尾駅前でこの値段ならコスパ良くオススメ！ 次回も迷わず利用するつもり
