Working with Brandon was exceptional, our group was one of the first renters of the new location. Everything was as described in the listing. We found a few items that needed adjustments like a couple of doors were sticking, a couple of windows were needing to be cleaned which may have been due to storms earlier in the week. Brandon was quick to answer any questions I had and was very receptive to any items that needed follow up. We did not have any issues that affected our stay. Would definitely rent a home from Brandon again.

This was a quiet property within a large neighborhood far from the hustle and noise of city life. However, it was very close to shops, restaurants, stadiums, race track, etc. like 10-15 min drive so it was perfect. I would have no issue taking a morning/evening walk or jog around the area. The house was very clean, comfortable and huge! Five beds and 5 bathrooms was the icing on the cake! It was very clean and well decorated. Brandon was very responsive and helpful. Two laundry rooms was a great bonus. It also had a designated smoking area for those who needed it. The beds were comfy. Plenty of parking. Super easy to check in/out. Plan to stay here again when we come back to KC. It is one of the best places we have stayed over the last 5 years.
