Beautiful inn in a great area with lots of amenities. Felt very comfortable and clean. We loved the spaciousness of the room, the cafe and free bike rentals. Very safe and convenient location! Only complaints are that we could hear our neighbors very easily, and there were gnats in the pastry case of the cafe.

Don't Stay here During a Wedding

There was a wedding during our stay. Some of the members of the staff were rude and definitely prioritized wedding guests over other guests basic needs because we were not part of the wedding. Their priorities are solely on the wedding guest. A security member rudely debriefed while I was trying to park. I had to explain to him my room number and show my room key. And still was relevant to let me park. We were paying guests. I just want access to the basic amenities I paid for not treated like second rate customers because I didn't book a wedding at the venue.

The staff was very attentive and accommodating. So friendly, assisting us with anything we requested.Beautiful well kept room, pool and grounds. Great walking, biking paths. Both restaurants on site were fantastic! The bar was a beautiful throw back with great drinks and atmosphere. Hotel lobby was beautiful with great albums playing, welcoming us back from our adventures. My sister's and I loved it and can't wait to visit again.

Lovely large room with huge shower. Close to KC shopping and attractions. Outstanding restaurants. Walkable paths around man made small lake. In the middle of “gated” retirement type housing but all beautifully done.
