Got to the elms ,hadnt been here in yrs but was excited to be here ,but got to the room wasnt happy with the the shower area in room mold all over the shower i ask to move to another room why cant establish check out rooms to see if things are up to standards . Mold is toxic when i go to hotels i dont like to see any mold !

Great Spa Poor Hotel

Wonderful spa! Hotel not so much. I was expecting a 4 star Hyatt. But it is more like 2 stars. Restaurants had kimited menus and poor food. I sent mine back. The bed was uncomfortable and had the worst quality of bedding!!

We enjoyed our night at the Elms in late August. The rooms were updated & comfy, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds are lovely - it would be a beautiful location for a fall getaway. They have a nice pool, hot tub, several fire pits & conversation areas for guests. One thing to be aware of - there is one small elevator for 5 floors. It wasn’t a problem while we were there, but it could be an issue for a large group. I would absolutely go back!

Elms Hotel

Nearly everything about my stay was perfect. The bed was comfortable, the food in the restaurant was incredible, the paranormal tour was a lot of fun, if maybe a little too expensive, and the service was fantastic. The only, extremely minor, issue was that the room was a little small, a tiny bit outdated, and didn't have a mini-fridge
