The bartender and entire pool staff was amazing. The spa services were excellent. The property was in fantastic condition—landscaping and florals were gorgeous. I do think the rooms are due for a little upgrade as far as carpet and curtains and bedding. Overall our stay was perfect.

We've stayed at The Elms a few times over the years and it never disappoints. Beautiful historic property. The grounds are pretty. The rooms are comfortable. Spa services are fantastic. Staff is helpful. Eat off property though and explore the town. Service in the restaurants has not been great for awhile.

A lovely historic hotel. The Spa was top notch. The 3 Owls restaurant was phenomenal. And the desk staff were friendly, quick, & knowledgeable. The Ghost tour is a lovely bit of local color. I would recommend ppl opt to stay here rather than KC.

My husband and I stayed for two nights and everything about our stay was perfect! All of the staff are so friendly and accommodating. We LOVED the ghost tour with Jay. The iced peppermint towels at the pool and fancy infused water made for nice little extras. We could have easily stayed several more nights and not ran out of things to do. Will definitely return soon!
