This motel needs heavy remodeling. It shouldn't advertise breakfast included because it was just waffle, cereal and coffee (no coffee maker in the room). After hours, it has a video concierge that makes solving issues more complicated.

Stayed there one night place is not clean. The breakfast was terrible sugar filled cereal and waffles I never even found the waffle batter. Had to use a kiosk to talk to someone. Overall, would never stay there again.

We checked in pretty late in the evening and instead of having a staff member at the front, there was a kiosk with someone videoed in. Our king size room only had 3 pillows and the lightest blanket possible. When we went up front to ask for more pillows we once again had to contact the kiosk and then they would call housekeeping. It was not great.

I would rather check in with a live person at the front desk rather than on the kiosk with someone who is difficult to hear/understand. When taking a shower in the morning, the tub drain was very slow and you had to stand in water while drying off. For breakfast the only hot food was a waffle. We have stayed at this location quite a few times and it seems to be going downhill vs improving
