Ther was a terrible odor. Granddaughter has asthma was unable to breath. Was leaving on flight and needed to be at airport by 5 am. Took her shortly after checking in because she was having trouble breathing. My husband and I went back to room but were also unable to tolerate smell and checked out an hour or so later. front desk person was nice , no complaints there.

Towels were thin. Single blanket on the bed had a cigarette burn in it. No extra blankets. Heating was good so that turned out not to be an issue. Tub was patched, thank goodness I didn't need to take a shower. Wouldn't have trusted it. Check-in person was nice. Really didn't have any other interactions with staff. Carpet needed to be stretched so it made you wonder how clean it was getting when vacuumed, lots of wrinkles in the carpet. Not on my list to stay at again.
