My room was never cleaned my entire stay from 12/30/25 to 01/03/26. I had to exchange my own towels at the front desk everyday. I reported to front desk house cleaning issue. Nothing was done about it. On 01/02/26 a cleaning staff asked if i wanted my room serviced. I replied yes and the staff never came to clean it. The rooms had patches on the wall from previous holes. A flyer was passed around to day on new years day cleaning services wouldn't be available. I never seen a hotel do this. If I could give a rating of zero I would. When it comes to the breakfast food , there was no meat selection. The meat that was available was inside of a pot of gravy with biscuits that's not a proper way of serving food, no one even knows what the meat is. This place seems very ghetto. The carpet on the stairs were green and ugly.The smell of the hotel was of weed. The staff looked high. This was such a very terrible experience to go through being there for a funeral. Due to the fact that I was there , I had many other family members to book at this hotel only to experience such horrible service. I will not ever visit this location again and I will inform my family to do the same and others.
