Staff did not work well with Expedia. Tried to charge us more upon checkout. Bathtub had markings in it, looked as though a child was left in it and marked up the bottom. Even though the facility is supposed to be smoke free, room wreaked of cigarette residual and possibly other misc substances. Cigarette burn mark on the sink. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were small and not comfortable at all. I wouldn’t stay here again if it was the last place open.

The hot was laeking and i was told it was fine they brought towels to soak up water but never addressed the leak then i was told to drain the tub ..i want a full refund because they would give a different room

The tub was stained, windows were dirty, and the entrance lacked appeal. The AC worked but had broken front pieces, and the free breakfast was standard fare, nothing memorable. Our biggest issue was with the booking. We reserved 3 rooms for 3 nights but had to adjust due to emergencies — only needing 1 room for 1 night, another for 2 nights, and one for the full 3 nights. We notified the property in advance, but they refused to issue any credit or refund. That is unfair and, frankly, dishonest. Be cautious when booking — their policy may cost you. Definitely not Ramada or Holiday Inn Express, but cost was 50% also. On the bright side, Uber to the ballfields was easy and economical.

Dirtiest room ever stayed in

The room was absolutely dirty holes in the bathroom celling substances on the floor ripped up chairs in lobby lights in bathroom flickering just a really bad room. Ive stayed in many hotels over the years of travel and by far THE WORST MOST DIRTY ROOM I EVER STAYED IN... WILL NEVER STAY IN A SUPER 8 AGAIN... Paying a bit more to at least not have holes in the room... WORTH IT...

A pleasant overnight stay.

The first room had a dirty tub so they switched us to a different room. It was nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay again at this motel.

The room was horrible the shower didn’t drain correctly,the bathroom door wouldn’t shut completely and to make things worse when I woke up I was covered with bites from what I’m assuming is bed bugs!

The bad and the good

The soap and shampoo “dispensers” were bottles taped to the wall. But there was product in them. The guide on tv and actual channels didn’t match. The bed and pillows were great and it was a good value and I would stay again.
