Everything was proceeding smoothly until my final day. Upon descending to the breakfast area, while I was reviewing the posted information, an employee approached me and stated in a raised voice, "Are you affiliated with this group, as breakfast is not complimentary, and I am aware you have not paid?" I inquired, "How would you ascertain my non-inclusion on the list?" to which he replied, "I simply know," without consulting any records. It is important to note the demographic composition of the room at that moment: I was the sole individual of color present, while all others were not, which undeniably contributed to a perception of discourtesy.

The rooms and halls were SO CLEAN! I was disappointed because their hotel ad says they gave breakfast which is why we booked them but when we got there, we found out there’s no breakfast and hasn’t been any for 3 weeks. If you’re wanting an affordable place WITH breakfast I would look elsewhere. If you’re okay with no breakfast then this is your spot!

The cover mattress sheet was put on inside out, the sprinkler head was not attached to the wall, the tub held water while we showered, the trash bags were just laying there for us to put in, and when we went down to buy some soda and candy there was no one around to check out with. The one good thing I will say is when we did interact with someone they were nice and the soap smells amazing!

Budget hotel for sure but needs a good cleaning. Our sheets had black ash-like material all over them when we went to bed. Our comforter and cover had stains. Room had a “smell” to it. We asked for new sheets/bedding and he was not friendly about it and made us go to the desk to get them - didn’t bring them to the room. No apology. Won’t likely stay here in the future.

The room was great, clean and the bed was comfortable, me and my partner stayed a total of 3 nights…..and our room never got cleaned……the nice lady at the desk explained they only clean rooms that stay 7 consecutive days however if we needed towels we could call down for more. There was food in the microwave from the previous ppl that stayed….disgusting and the trash was fill upon our arrival….. even after telling the front desk there was still
