I signed up on line and the web site stated spa tub and there was not. Free breakfast and there was not. I would have stayed there if I had known this was a bait and switch. I liked the matress.

This was clearly an old Courtyard by Marriott property. The rooms were setup exactly the same way. The property was clean but the furniture was older and definitely used.

The room, although spacious, exhibited signs of wear and tear. While it was immaculate, stains were visible on the furniture and carpet. The mattress on the foldout couch was excessively worn and thin, leaving only the frame of the bed discernible. The bedroom, in contrast, was pristine and spacious, but the living room and bathroom could benefit from updates.

The cleanliness of the room brought this stay down to 3 stars. The hotel needs new linens and a vacuum. The bed sheets had minor stains, so did the shower curtain, and there was hair and chunks of stuff all throughout the room. The bed comfort was too soft for me. The balcony was really dusty; we didn't go out there. The towels were scratchy. We kept our shoes on the whole time. The service, however, was good to great. They were in the middle of switching systems, so there were issues behind the scenes that led to hiccups with room keys, but that was not a big deal. One woman who worked the desk was absolutely amazing—just her energy and effectiveness. Her service alone brought this review up from 2 stars. The hotel itself, especially the main areas, were nice. TV was great and there was lots of good channels. And I loved that there were a lot of lights and plugs in the room. Don't bother with the breakfast or the coffee.
