Check in was quick, reservation made allowed to check in early we were in town for baseball tournament. Kids had blast in pool. Room was extremely well Kemp and clean. Staff was helpful, friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, professional. Best continental breakfast in KC area. Room service and hygeines were lovely. Membership discount could only be beat if free. Would recommend and stay again.

This is the property we stay at when we're in town yearly! Our problem was the rate we were charged when we called and made reservation then it changed when we got there! Also, we were charged the same amount on two different cards! They said it was corrected but because of the holiday it wouldn't show up until Monday. We will be back in Texas then. Hope they get it done!
